Favorite Summer Flower: D A H L I A S 

Today walking through the Sunnyvale Farmer’s Market, I stopped by some produce stands for delicious fruit samples like most normal people, but couldn’t walk past this one flower stand after spotting bucket after bucketful of fresh dahlias. Thank you to Bloomwell&Co for making me fall in love with these elegant beauties. After ooh-ing and ahh-ing for a while, my boyfriend just decided to buy me a bunch because I just couldn’t walk away. I literally couldn’t stop smiling after that hehe. They are gorgeous are they not?!

I just finished studying and taking the PCATs for pharmacy school admissions and now I won’t have to study for a whole year! OFFICIALLY. I’m trying to not make myself so busy this gap year (even though I have to work to pay rent). It’s easy to say that I’ll do fun things, out of the box things, things that I would never be able to do after I’m settled down, but it’s so much harder said than done. I so bad want to “chase my dreams” but I can’t even figure out what that would look like. There seems to be an endless train of “responsible” things to do, whether that’s studying for the PCATs, asking for recommendation letters, working on my personal statements, or preparing for interviews. I wish I could actually drop everything and do something crazy and different. Something crazy…
